AIM Offer 02

You bought Copilot. Now make it change how work gets done.

A structured adoption program that targets Copilot at the specific work your people do, measures whether that work actually changed, and fixes the data and permission problems that quietly cap usage.

The executive problem

Licence activation is not adoption, and your usage curve knows it.

The familiar pattern: Copilot is deployed, the first month shows strong activity, and by month four a minority of users are active weekly while the rest have gone back to how they worked before. Finance asks whether to renew. Nobody can answer, because nobody defined what success would have looked like in the work itself.

Two causes sit underneath almost every flattened usage curve. The first is that Copilot was deployed as a tool rather than targeted at named tasks in named roles. The second is that it surfaces the consequences of a decade of permission sprawl: people either see content they should not, and trust drops, or the content Copilot needs is scattered and poorly labelled, and answers come back thin.

The AIM offer

Adoption designed around roles, measured against work.

AIM runs Copilot adoption as a business change program with a technical foundation under it. We identify the roles where Copilot makes the biggest difference, define the specific tasks it should change for each, and build the enablement, prompts and working patterns around those tasks. In parallel we remediate the tenant conditions that cap value: oversharing, permission sprawl, unlabelled sensitive content and content that Copilot cannot reach.

Measurement is defined before deployment, not reconstructed afterwards from a usage dashboard.

What you receive

  • A readiness assessment covering tenant configuration, permissions, oversharing risk and content labelling
  • A role-based value map identifying the tasks Copilot should change, by function
  • A remediation plan and delivery for the permission and content issues found
  • Role-specific enablement, working patterns and prompt libraries built on your own scenarios
  • A champions program with the structure to survive its first quarter
  • An adoption measurement framework tied to work outcomes, with a reporting cadence
  • A renewal-ready view of where value is being realized and where it is not

Business outcomes

  • Sustained weekly use in the roles with the strongest case for it, rather than a spike and a decline
  • A defensible renewal decision based on realized value by role
  • Reduced oversharing exposure surfaced and corrected before it becomes an incident
  • Licences reallocated away from roles where the value is not there

Is this you?

  • Copilot usage peaked early and has been flat or declining since
  • You cannot answer, with evidence, whether Copilot is worth renewing
  • Security has raised oversharing concerns since Copilot was deployed
  • Enablement was a launch webinar and a link to Microsoft documentation
  • You are being asked to expand Copilot licensing before the first tranche has proven itself

How it starts

A working session with the sponsor and, where possible, one business leader whose team is meant to be using Copilot. We look at your current usage pattern and identify whether the constraint is targeting, tenant readiness, enablement or role fit.

Most engagements begin with a short readiness assessment before the adoption program is scoped, because remediation work often has to run first.

Is Copilot changing how your people work, or just how much you spend?
