AIM Offer 08

We don't just build it. We run it.

Managed operations for Microsoft, data, AI, application and Dynamics environments, with accountability for improvement as well as availability.

The executive problem

The program ends, the environment becomes somebody's day job, and it stops improving.

Implementation programs are funded, staffed and governed. Operations usually are not. The specialists who designed the environment move on, ownership lands with a team already at capacity, and the platform enters a slow decline: configuration drift, adoption erosion, cost creep, governance that stops being enforced, and capability that was paid for but never switched on.

Traditional managed services do not solve this, because they are scoped to keep the environment available rather than to keep it improving. Availability is the floor, not the value.

The AIM offer

Operate the environment, and stay accountable for making it better.

AIM runs Microsoft 365, Azure, Fabric, Dynamics 365, application and AI agent environments as a managed service. The service covers what you would expect, monitoring, incident and request management, patching, release and change control, and it covers what most providers exclude: adoption, governance enforcement, cost optimization and continuous improvement against a roadmap.

Security operations, NOC and SOC capability are delivered with Arancia where the environment requires them. Arancia is a separate organization with its own security and threat intelligence practice; we name which party is accountable for what in the service description rather than presenting a single undifferentiated capability.

AIM takes on environments implemented by other partners. A significant share of this work begins that way.

What you receive

  • A transition and knowledge capture period, including documentation of what was never documented
  • Monitoring, incident, request and problem management against agreed service levels
  • Release, change and configuration management, including Microsoft service change readiness
  • Governance enforcement: identity, access, data protection and agent lifecycle controls kept operating
  • Adoption management with reporting against usage and business outcomes
  • Cost and licence optimization reviewed on a defined cycle, not only at renewal
  • A continuous improvement roadmap reviewed with your leadership on a regular cadence
  • Security operations, SOC and NOC through Arancia where in scope

Business outcomes

  • An environment that keeps improving after go-live rather than drifting
  • Internal capacity returned to work that differentiates the business
  • Governance that stays enforced between audits
  • Run cost reviewed continuously rather than discovered at renewal
  • A single accountable party across build and run

Is this you?

  • A major implementation has gone live and ownership is unclear
  • Your environment was built by a partner who is no longer engaged
  • Internal capacity is consumed by keeping platforms running
  • Adoption has declined since go-live and nobody owns recovering it
  • Governance was configured once and has not been reviewed since
  • Your current provider keeps the environment available and nothing more

How it starts

A working session covering the current state of the environment, who supports it today and what is going wrong. Most engagements begin with a Managed Estate Assessment, which establishes condition, risk and the improvement backlog before any service commitment is made on either side.

That sequence matters. A managed service priced without knowing the condition of the environment is priced wrong for one of us.

Who is accountable for your environment getting better, not just staying up?
